We dona€?t appoint any Guard without proper training.
 The process of imparting training to our Guards is carried out in our own institute.
  We ensure that our Guards are physically and mentally fit with a minimum height of 5.6 feets.
  To ensure proper management by Ex-Army Officer appointed as unit commander for every unit.
  Guards are allotted residence near there unit by B-SECURE Group.
  Matriculation pass is the minimum educational qualification of every guards in B-SECURE Group.
  Police verification of every guard is conducted before they are appointed as Guards.
  Negligence found in the working of Guard will not be tolerated and he will be expelled.
  Guards are timely instructed about there duty. Local Guards are not allowed to do duty in case he is     Local, he will be Posted 10 to  15 Km. away on duty.
  Guards are not allowed to work in an institution for more than 3 months. To avoid personal     relationship between Guard and   Management Employees, Guards are transferred at regular interval.
  Prior fire fighting and mob control training is important to every Guard before they are send on duty.
  Only the written instruction of the employer will be followed by B-SECURE Group.
  Entry in movement register at main gate is mandatory for every individual coming in or moving out of     the institution, as well as   movement of any equipment.
  Security Guards must have right to check any individual any time, they desire.
  Security Guards will not perform any task except for imparting Security Services.
  Security person should have right to perform checking operation on order of any authorized person of     management.
